Refund and Returns Policy

At Bin Covers Ireland, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your product for any reason, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Please email info@bincovers.ie before sending back any products to receive return instructions.

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of returned goods.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@bincovers.ie with your order number and a photo of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or modified products

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Products that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery
